2. Which data is collected during your visit on my website?
Generally, using my website doesn’t require disclosure of personal data. There is no analysis of site usage. However, your browser systemically sends certain information to the server. These will not be analyzed.
3. Which data is collected when you use the contact form?
My website includes a contact form. When you contact me by using this form, the data entered into the input mask is sent to me and stored. In detail, this data contains a name (it doesn’t have to be your real name), an email address, and the message entered by you. This information is stored by me for handling your request and for the case of follow-up questions. At the moment the message is sent, also the following information is stored: date and time of sending, IP address, browser type and version.
Alternatively, you might choose to contact me by email; you’ll also find the address on the contact page. The data sent by email is also solely used for the purpose of processing the conversation.
You can withdraw your consent to processing the personal data at any time by sending me a message by email or contact form.
4. Which data is collected when you use my cloud?
If you’d like me to transcribe / translate more than just a few pages, I will send you a link to an individual folder on my cloud. There, you can upload, change, and download documents.
This cloud is run by me. No third parties are involved, and no one else has access to a folder as long as no one provides them with the individual link. If you wish, I can additionally protect the folder with a password.
During your use of my cloud, the following data will be collected: The uploaded or changed documents will be stored, and it is stored when files are changed / uploaded / downloaded. Apart from that, no data is analyzed.
The files in any individual folder will be deleted by me within six months after the connected assignment was completed, or, if you choose not to commission me, within six months after being uploaded.
5. What is your data NOT used for?
