2. Which data is collected during your visit on my website?

Generally, using my website doesn’t require disclosure of personal data. However, your browser systemically sends certain information to the server.

To allow my website to be displayed on your computer, temporary storage of your IP address is necessary. For this use, your IP address is stored for the duration of the session.

Following information is collected:

  1. the user’s browser type and version
  2. the user’s operating system
  3. the user’s Internet Service Provider
  4. the user’s IP address
  5. date and time of accessing the website

This data is also stored in my systems logfiles, except for your IP address or other information that might allow assigning this data to a certain user. This data will not be stored together with other personalized data of a user.

3. Which data is collected when you use the contact form?

My website includes a contact form as a means of contacting me. When you take this option, the data entered into the input mask is sent to me and stored. In detail, this data contains a name (it doesn’t have to be your real name), an email address, and the message entered by you. This information is stored by me for handling your request and for the case of follow-up questions. At the moment the message is sent, also the following information is stored: date and time of sending, IP address, browser type and version.

During sending, you are asked to consent to the processing of this data and see a reference to this data protection notice. Alternatively, you might choose to contact me by email; you also find the address on the contact page. In this case, the personal data that is transmitted with the email gets stored. The data is solely used for the purpose of processing the conversation.

The only purpose of processing the personal data from the input mask is handling the establishment of contact. Other data collected during sending the contact form is necessary to avoid an abuse of the form and to ensure my websites safety.

The data will be deleted as soon as the respective conversation has ended. A conversation has ended, when the circumstances suggest that the matter is fully settled.

You can withdraw your consent to processing the personal data at any time by sending me a message by email or contact form.

You have the right to demand the immediate correction or completion of your personalized data which was stored by my services.

You have the right to demand the erasure of your personalized data, as long as this data is not necessary for the exertion of the right of free speech and information, for carrying out legal obligations, for reasons of public interest, or for the claim, exertion, or defense of legal claims.

The right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to demand restrictions of processing your personalized data.

The right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive the data your provided me with in a strutured, common and machine-readable format of to demand its transmission to another person responsible.

The right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

As far as your personalized data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest under GDPR, you have the right to object agains the processing of your personalized data, when there are reasons for it that result from your specific situation.

The right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 GDPR)

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent that already took place before the withdrawal.

The right to complain (Art. 77 GDPR)

You have the right place a complaint with a regulatory authority, if, in your opinion, the processing of your personalized data violates the GDPR.
